Excited for the Spring Kick Off Party tomorrow!
Gonna be a loooonnnng night of cooking, but it will be well worth it.
About 75 lbs of pork butts on the limousine.
Wouldn’t be good Pork with out “The BBQ Rub”. Malcolm is the Man! The MS boy’s rub matches up well with the Ole Miss Baseball game.
Next stop: prep 40 lbs of chicken!
