For about the last year and a half we have been restoring my grandfather's 77 silverado 454 longbed that he purchased in 1978. I surprised him with the big reveal today. He didn't even know it was running yet.

Among other things the rust was removed and panels repaired, fresh factory paint color, refreshed/new trim, massive interior cleaning and conditioning, original ralleys reconditioned, drivetrain refreshed, and the 454 came out for new bearings, domed pistons, hydraulic rollers, rv cam, billet timing set, new valvetrain, and all components were completely balanced and blueprinted. Sounds great, drives great and I think I made his christmas!
