My summer camp made emulsified sugar scrubs from scratch yesterday. They also colored them using natural ingredients like Hawaiian black salt, coconut milk, and green tea.

She’s a 10 but she cares about the ingredients in her products! Sounds like a 12 to me 😘

You can open the tea bag and dump the contents into your tub or use as is and toss the bag after you’re done eliminating the clean up after.

My new favorite thing about networking events is playing dress up and getting out of my yoga pants 🤌🏽💅🏼

Had someone recently tell me, “ohhh I like that the old you is coming out to play again!” I wish that wasn’t the case. I wish I stayed consistent in my own self care but I have to admit I lost myself in taking care of those around me especially my babies while always leaving myself for last. By that time I was exhausted and a few more minutes of sleep always won that battle.

Now I’m up by 6am (most days, I am human 😉). I journal, meditate, navigate last minute tantrums, shower, throw on a little BB cream, and once again get excited about life, my purpose and those I’ve hand selected to have around me.

This has helped me be more intentional and has definitely opened doors to meet some amazing people.
