I don’t often talk about my past and the girl I use to be, not because I am ashamed but honestly because I just don’t recognize that version of myself anymore. Every season of life good and bad has molded me into who I am today and while some days I still feel like I just figuring it out, I really love the woman I am today. I am sober, I love myself enough to stay healthy and active and I’m learning how to have boundaries for myself finally. I’m finally learning that authenticity and choosing things for Me and not other people is ok. ✌🏼 💕
