April 1 marked the close of the IDHSNA membership grace period -and memberships not renewed have now been removed from the active roster.

If renewing slipped your mind, you’re certainly not alone. We’d love to welcome you back for 2026 and keep you connected to the Irish Draught community.

Thinking of presenting a horse for inspection in 2026? Now is the time to act if you would like to help influence inspection sites.

Paid inspection applications for eligible horses received by May 1st will be used by the IDHSNA Inspection Committee to help determine inspection site locations for the 2026 tour.

Applications will continue to be accepted until August 15th, however, submissions received after May 1st will not influence site selection.

To be added to the inspection roster, horses must be registered with the IDHSNA.

If your horse is not yet registered, a complete and correct registration application must be submitted to the Registrar in order for your horse to be eligible for inclusion. Please submit applications early so there is time to work with the registrar to ensure your application(s) are in order.

Avoid the last-minute rush - early planning is key, especially as some requirements involve third-party processing timelines.
