📸 We're looking for patient photo volunteers!

We're updating our website and marketing materials and would love to feature real PSPT patients who have been part of our community.

The photo shoot will take place on Friday, July 10th, at our Burien clinic. Whether you've worked with us recently or it's been a while, we'd be grateful for your help in showcasing the PSPT experience.

Interested? Send us a message, and we'll share the details!

Thank you for helping us tell the story of recovery, resilience, and the people who make our community so special. 💙

A little reminder for anyone who needs to hear it today:

Recovery isn't a straight line. Neither is life.

Setbacks happen. Difficult days happen. Neither one erases the progress you've made.

Keep going. You're moving forward, even when it doesn't feel like it. 💙

Had an absolute blast during our quarterly fun day!

The games definitely challenged both our physical and mental abilities… which is pretty funny considering we’re a bunch of pain science PTs. 😂

Fun day is basically our version of a rest day because, let’s be real, movement is medicine.

Before heading out for lunch and unleashing our competitive sides at Activate Tukwila, we also spent time together as a team—sharing marketing updates, brainstorming ways to improve our services from intake to discharge, and finding even more ways to give our patients the best experience possible.

A little bit of work, a lot of fun, and plenty of team bonding. Looking forward to the next one! 🙌

One of our recent wins wasn't a dramatic drop in pain or a new personal record in the gym.

It was something we value even more.

A patient with longstanding, stubborn back pain reached the point where we could reduce the frequency of visits because she was doing well enough to keep progressing independently.

Even better, she has expanded beyond her home exercise program and is now participating in other forms of exercise and physical activity that she genuinely enjoys.

For many people living with persistent pain, success isn't about becoming pain-free overnight.

It's about building confidence, capacity, and independence so that life becomes bigger than pain.

To you, what does a meaningful "win" look like?
