Went and raced the Power Products Race at Taylor Park R/C Raceway (Oval) and had a pretty good weekend. I raced Wingless, Midget, and Late Model.
Q1 I missed wingless and midget due to getting to track late. Late Model was decent had plenty of power and just had issues with the fluff.
Q2 Wingless was a handful and I didn’t like how the car felt just didn’t have enough flex in the car to help tighten the car up. Midget was close made a decision to add spacer to right front and it didn’t help just caused a push in the car. Late Model was pretty decent just didn’t have enough luck and then had a pin in the CVA go thru the aluminum shroud and I am glad it was after the race and I was getting car back to the pit lane area.
Mains B main in Late Model and just didn’t have enough luck and didn’t transfer.
Wingless A main car was dialed just drove too hard and needed to turn car back up had it turned down earlier in the day when it was slick and didn’t change it The Specialized Phoenix 13.5 from Team Exalt was fast and kept me going and my HB110 servo kept the car turning all night and the 5700 X Rated battery had all the power to the motor it could ask for. Raw Speed Inc Radar SS rears and Stage 2 SS fronts had me dialed with some Talent in A Bottle kept the car planted.
Midget A main was rough car was dialed after some changes and the car was flying just had a lot of chaos in the beginning and couldn’t catch up at the end and finished 5th. My HB110 servo and 5700 XR**ed Battery from Team Exalt was amazing and have been running the Quasispeed Tires as a spec tire in that class trying to get a hand on them before RC Chili Bowl next year and hope to be able to get in the A at the end car is capable just need to get driver more seat time in car and make small changes to make it faster.

Had a decent weekend at Taylor Park R/C Raceway (Oval) for points race. Ran the Customworks Beast Midget for the first time and was very pleased need to make some small changes but was pretty solid had a good base setup to start with thanks to Garrett Williamson. Made some front end changes and it seemed to be a lot better. Made some laps after the night and made some more changes and car feels pretty dialed just need to get used to driving it.
Outlaw Sprint was decent just need more time with the big motor in to be competitive.
Late Model was good just got to make laps and get better as a driver car is good and fast just need consistency. Thank you to all my sponsors for helping me get my program dialed in. Thank you Team Exalt for the amazing motors, batteries, servos, and accessories to make the cars look and perform amazing. Thank you Raw Speed Inc for having the amazing rubber to put the power to the ground. Thank you to The Graphic Shop for making my cars the best looking ones on the track.
Glen Bean thanks for the help and the pit talk as usual.
Lj Rowan and Thomas Andrew Kuter for the pit buddies y’all’s cars are getting fast and always helpful and great to have at the track.

Race Report for the 10th Annual Spring Nationals at Taylor Park Raceway in Yukon,OK.
This would be the first night as a driver for Team Exalt.
Wingless: I had recently changed the car from an Outlaw 4 chassis to an Outlaw 5 chassis, and I don’t know if I really liked the change. Car was a little difficult to get turn in and was fighting it all day. But was able to finish 6th in the main. Car was powered by the Specialized Bronze Phoenix Spec 13.5 motor and a X-***ed 5700mah battery and the HB110 Servo and all cooled with the Exalt 30x30 motor fan. Ran super soft Rawspeed Radar rears and Stage 2 fronts.
Outlaw Sprint: First round car was way over geared and had some small issues and just needed some tweaking. Second round was better just needed some more in the tank and then sensor wire went out and slowed the car down with four laps to go. D Main car was good just needed to start closer to the front Billy Caldwell had an issue and his car shut off which made it where I could bump. C main car felt like I had a chance for the bump and with the start of the race car got brake checked into turn one and spun around and couldn’t move out of the way and shattered the front right arm and ended my night. Car was powered by the Phoenix Mod 7.0, X-***ed 5700Mah Battery and also with the Exalt HB110 servo and 30x30 Exalt Motor fan. Rawspeed super soft Radar rears and Stage 2 fronts.
Thank you to my pit mates Lj Rowan and Thomas Andrew Kuter for always helping and trying to make cars better. Thank you to Craig Francis and the whole TPR crew for running an amazing show and having a fast track. Next outing should be the WFO race in two weeks at TPR and hope to see everyone there and to always have fun racing these toy cars.
