Chuck Lerner is a born-again Christian and retired Texas Police Officer with 30 years of Service. He is also acertified Police Instructor and avid Martial Artist for over 50 years. He holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in the Korean martial art of Hapkido.
Chuck has instructed numerous Women's Self Defense classes in the past and is the founder of A.W.A.R.E. Tactics, a Personal Protection System.

Courtney Wilson has been a part of lay ministry and worship leading in the church for almost 25 years. As a licensed professional counselor in Texas, she also works with individuals and couples to understand themselves and better communicate with the people in their life. Her passion is to come alongside other to recognize and see barriers in their lives, and with compassion find new ways to live life in freedom. Sometimes this involves discussing difficult subjects, like depression or s*x, but the journey is worth it! She loves her husband of 13 years, despite his inability to eat peas, two kids who amaze and frustrate her daily, and two dogs, who make her a better human.
