A strength training + yoga class focused on breathing optimally 🌬️ followed by coffee & pastries from my favorite local coffee shop, ☕️

This class wasn’t strictly for women, but we had a powerful girl gang show up!! 💪

This morning was SO much fun! I’ve probably said it (multiple times) to everyone I’ve talked to today 🤭 the laughter was endless…surrounded by friends that feel like sisters & grateful to have met more women I hope to keep in my circle! 🥰
