I know it may seem as if every home hits the market and sells immediately with no hiccups, well sometimes that does happen but honestly its rare. Buyer backs out, no fault of the seller just decided for whatever reason they no longer wanted to buy the property. No problem, re-list the property lets move on and get a new buyer, same day a buyer who wrote on it previously at the same time of the first offer wants to submit an offer PERFECT!! Offer Accepted! Three days later….buyer decides they no longer want to buy the property…they did not like what their mortgage payment would be…no joke! Ok lets try this again…..more showings and more offers. Accepted Offer #3 buyer loves the property and we move along without any issue and finally get to the closing table!!
