We’re excited to introduce Pelvic Health Services for women right here in our community.

Many women experience things like bladder leakage, pelvic pressure, pain, or core weakness after pregnancy—but these issues are often brushed off as “normal.” The truth is, you don’t have to live with it.

Pelvic Floor Therapy helps women restore strength, improve confidence, and get back to doing the things they love.

This service may be a great fit for women who are experiencing:
• Pregnancy or postpartum recovery
• Bladder leakage with exercise, coughing, or sneezing
• Pelvic pressure or discomfort
• Pain with intimacy
• Core weakness or diastasis recti
• Difficulty returning to exercise
