Always fresh pressed apples, never apple concentrate.
We work with local orchards to source the highest quality apples so that we can make you the highest quality cider. Always freshly pressed at our press house on Flynn Ave and never back sweetened with apple concentrate, we keep our cider as true to the fruit as possible. Through a process called stop fermentation, we are able to avoid ever adding sugar, ensuring any sweetness you taste comes entirely from the apple’s native sugars.
It may not be the easy way, but it’s the better way. 🍎
We decided to put Juicy Haze in a room with an empty glass. The result was fascinating albeit a bit brutal.
