The Argosy Foundation is hosting Comedy for Peace on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at All Souls Interfaith Gathering at Meach Cove Farms in Shelburne, VT.
All ticket proceeds are being donated to Vermont-area nonprofits.
This event features 4 comedians sharing humor via an interfaith lens. Using wit and the art of comedy to try to make a difference, Comedy for Peace shows aim to be “a relief from the concerns of the day, with an important message that we, the people, just want to live together peacefully.” With a slogan of "No Politics. Just Laughs." shows feature Muslim, Jewish, and Christian stand-up comedians taking on topical issues, laughing at themselves and each other along the way. The evening performance is followed by a Q & A with the comedians.

Imaging the World is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that uses a technology-enabled solution to improve healthcare access, integrating life-saving ultrasound and training programs in rural communities.
ABOUT US
Our work ensures the highest quality results for patients through effective training and supervision of frontline healthcare workers, combined with innovative ultrasound technology. Images are sent securely over cellular networks for proctored monitoring, safety peer review, and consultation. Capacity strengthening at higher levels of care ensures that referrals are well managed. To our knowledge, no other ultrasound outreach program offers a similar robust tele-ultrasound peer review program.
