3SquaresVT is a federal USDA program that helps eligible Vermonters buy healthy food every month. Benefits are loaded onto an EBT card that works like a debit card and can be used at grocery stores, co-ops, convenience stores, and many farmers markets across Vermont.

You might qualify even if you think you don't. Many people who are working, raising children, attending college, are 60+, living with a disability, or receiving other benefits may be eligible. Income guidelines change each year, and there's no limit to the number of Vermonters who can receive benefits if they qualify.

Every dollar of 3SquaresVT benefits helps in more ways than one. Not only does it make it easier to put food on the table, but when benefits are spent locally, they support Vermont businesses and strengthen our communities.
