We are growing our Amalgamated Culture Works (ACW) family and looking for an energetic, people-centric Customer Success Specialist to be the face of our local custom apparel shop in Burlington, VT’s south end Arts District.
If you love custom gear, positive vibes, and helping local schools, businesses, and non-profits bring their designs to life, we want to meet you. You will be the heart of our front office, guiding clients from a simple idea to their final printed product.

👕 What You’ll Do
Welcome local walk-ins, phone calls, and web inquiries.
Guide clients through garment catalogs, fabric swatches, and apparel trends.
Manage orders from start to finish using our shop software (Printavo).
Maintain customer areas, tools & resources.

✨ About You
Experience: 2+ years in retail, hospitality, customer success, or office admin.
Vibe: Engaging, optimistic, collaborative, and an excellent listener.
Tech-Savvy: Familar with graphic design & ready to master customer management software & platforms.
Local: Able to work on-site at our Burlington shop.
