đź’« A Golden Reunion that truly shined! đź’«
The weekend of June 4-7, 2026, the UVM Foundation and Alumni Association had the absolute joy to welcome both the classes of 1975 and 1976 back to campus in celebration of their 50th Golden Reunion.
It was a weekend full of reconnection, and just the right amount of party time.

💚 Growing up in Essex Junction, Linh Le ’28 always heard great things about UVM—but scholarships made it possible for her to turn those dreams into reality.
Now a neuroscience student, Linh has embraced every part of the UVM experience: conducting research, building friendships through student organizations like FeelGood, and preparing for a future career in patent law focused on neuroscience.
Along the way, scholarship support has given her the freedom to focus on academics, community involvement, and personal growth.
“Without that aid, I don’t think college would’ve been an option for me financially,” Linh says. “A lot of the reason that I was able to continue my education after high school was because of scholarships.”
For Linh, scholarships do more than help students pay for college—they open doors to opportunity and invest in the future. 💚
When Hunter Holoubek ’26 arrived at UVM from Rhode Island, he was drawn by strong psychology and neuroscience programs, a welcoming campus community, and Vermont’s outdoor lifestyle.
Over four years, he immersed himself in research, served as a teaching assistant, helped revive the Psychology Club, and discovered a passion for human connection and scientific discovery.
“I'm now not only doing work for an assignment, but my own work that I'm proud of,” Hunter says. “I feel like I’m contributing to a field greater than myself.”
After graduation, Hunter plans to continue research before pursuing a PhD in clinical psychology with a focus on neuropsychology.
“I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the scholarship I was given,” he says.
“The scholarships that I’ve received have gone straight towards my experience here at UVM, allowing me to take on more things, become involved in a million different organizations, and do all the things that I’ve been able to do.”
