Hello Friends,

This is definitely one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. It is with a heavy heart that I have to let you know that Auntie Amy's will be closing on June 27th. I love what I have built over the last four and a half years and all of the wonderful people that I have met and come to call my family. This is truly another loss in my life that I feel deeply. Unfortunately the economy has not allowed me to be able to keep up with the rising overhead costs and still be able to get you food at reasonable prices.

This will not be the end of Auntie Amy's by any means. As many of you know, my health has been a mess for a while now. I am going to spend some time focusing on getting better including the knee surgery I have been putting off for a year. My plan is to come back in the fall with meal drops or deliveries. I also plan to continue providing catering.

In the meantime the shop WILL HAVE EVERYTHING WE NORMALLY HAVE AVAILABLE until we close on June 27th. And I will make sure there is plenty to stock up your freezers with! If there is a specific item you are wanting, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.

I want to thank everyone for supporting me and my staff for these years. It is because of all of you that we made it as long as we did.

We will open Wednesday at 10am for regular hours. With the holiday week we have a lot of great items in the freezer including Chicken Chop Suey (with or without rice), Meatballs, BBQ Ribs, Asparagus Risotto and more! There are also a lot of soups available.

Thursday: Chicken Pot Pie SOUP with Gnocchi or Chicken Veg (DF)

Hello Friends,

And welcome to our 2nd early spring of the year. 🌞🌱 I managed to get most of my Christmas lights down finally and worked on cleaning my garage (I'm trying to downsize some of my decorations). It was such a good feeling to get started on stuff and the weather really helped! Ella really loved the walks we got in as well!

​As you may have seen, I am again making Corned Beef Dinners for St. Patrick's Day. They include corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes and creamy horseradish sauce. Kateri is also making Irish Soda Bread as well. You can place you order by calling the shop at 630-468-2049 or emailing me at [email protected] (I don't check emails during the day so I will get back tp you as soon as I can! Dinner pick ups can be either Saturday 3/14 or Tuesday 3/17.

Also, I am making Oxtails again! I had several requests for them. They will be ready later in the week - please call to find out when! There is a limited amount so if you don't call it is first come!
