Deacon Chris Baker preached and served at his first Mass at Divine Grace Parish since his ordination last Saturday to the transitional diaconate, assisting Fr. Joe at the 5 pm Mass today at Holy Redeemer Church. Later, parishioners greeted him at a reception. Another reception will be held Sunday, June 7, following the 10 am Mass at St. Gregory. Our Prison Ministry is expanding through the Butler County Prison's IGNITE Program (Inmates Growing Naturally & Intentionally Through Education), which offers incarcerated individuals the opportunity to learn valuable life skills as they prepare to return to the community. A variety of educational and personal development courses are offered, with each session lasting approximately 10 weeks.

If you have a heart for bringing hope to those who are incarcerated and would like to share your time, talents, or experience, we invite you to consider volunteering.
