Our Harrisburg, PA office recently welcomed David Schaarsmith, President and CEO and Mike Lincheck, Director of Strategic Growth Strategies as part of their Leadership Tour, where they're visiting LDG offices to connect with employee-owners, office leaders, and department directors across the company. These visits provide an opportunity to strengthen relationships, learn more about our teams and operations, and support LDG's strategic growth.

The Harrisburg team added a fun surprise by celebrating Dave and Mike's birthdays with festive decorations, cake, and a warm welcome. Thank you to everyone in Harrisburg for making the visit such a memorable one!
