During Surprise Party VBS, kids will learn...
- Jesus has unexpected grace for unexpected people.
- Jesus wants us to share His unexpected grace with everyone.
- God has unexpected grace for those who are far from Him.
- Everyone is invited to the unexpected grace of Jesus.

Check-in begins each evening at 5:45 PM with programming beginning promptly at 6 PM. VBS is for all children ages 3-incoming 5th grade and attendees must be fully potty-trained (do not need any bathroom assistance). For twelve years, she carried pain.
Twelve years of disappointment.
Twelve years of feeling overlooked and exhausted.

But she believed that even touching the edge of Jesus’ robe could change everything. And it did.

Sometimes faith looks less like confidence and more like reaching. Reaching for hope. Reaching for healing. Reaching for Jesus even when you feel weak.

And Scripture reminds us that Jesus noticed her immediately. He still notices people reaching for Him today. No matter how long the struggle has lasted, don’t stop reaching.

Martha was distracted by all the things that needed to get done. Mary chose to sit at Jesus’ feet.

Both sisters were in the same house. Both loved Jesus. But only one slowed down enough to simply be with Him.

Busyness can quietly pull us away from what matters most. There will always be more tasks. More notifications. More responsibilities demanding our attention.

But don’t become so busy doing things for God that you forget to spend time with Him.
His presence is still the better portion.
