Our chefs at Blessed Trinity Academy created Spaghetti Aglio e Olio this week, inspired by the Mona Lisa.

Lots of proud smiles… and a little spaghetti slurping too.

Sometimes the simplest ingredients make the best moments.

In Kitchen Confidence, our young chefs turned frozen mango, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, and a splash of water into bright mango lemon sorbet.

Proof that a few simple ingredients can make something pretty amazing.

🍕 Storybook Chefs Finale!

Inspired by The Little Red Hen Makes a Pizza, students at Ingomar Elementary spread sauce on naan, grated mozzarella cheese, and added colorful toppings before cooking their pizzas on the griddle.

Such a fun way to wrap up the series - I’m so proud of these young chefs!
