Our response to Jami Lea who posted on another page then shut off comments.

PWR sent a contract two days after receiving the detailed list from this person. The deposit was due by April 21, 2026. She contacted us on May 8th stating that she never received a contract. Then she found the contract in her email. Stated that she would print and send it the next day. Never happened. No contract. No deposit.
She wanted to book our three hour Custom Day of Coordination. Her original list was at least a five hour set up. Her list included setting up ceremony chairs, two food buffets, leave and pick up the food, placing linens and centerpieces and signs. We scaled her unrealistic expectations to a more realistic timeline.

People sometimes hear what they want to hear. The bridges were complimentary if we were booked for full day coordination since we would be at the venue for clean up. We did not have a deposit-ever- so would not add on addional rentals such as a flower wall, linens or chair covers. In an email she apologized for not contacting us in the past month+ for one reason or another.
Several emails this week attempted to get her back on track and again requested the $150 deposit. Unfortunately this disgruntled person took to social media. We feel the need to respond likewise.

Basically this person requested a contract mid April, received the detailed contract on on or around April 19 requesting a deposit ($150) due April 21st. She contacted us May 8th stating that she never received the contract then found the April 19th contract. Stated that she would print and send the deposit April 20. Never happened. She emailed on June 17th about a flower wall. Stated that she has been busy. With no deposit and no communication for nearly two months we no longer had a business relationship. We attempted to get her back on track to reserving the date but have been publically ridiculed because she has not been an adult.
By her own admission via email late last night her family and friends are giving the negative feedback on this post. We have been threatened and chastized and her emails are progressing beyond threatening to vile. We don't post on the Pittsburgh Brides page because they charge a fee for vendors. We are busy enough without using their page as other Pittsburgh vendors also choose not to use their page.

Our only recourse is to post the facts on our page and expose her tantrum.
