49 Functional Fitness is hosting an Independence Day/Customer Appreciation Day Hotdog cookout! Join us next Wednesday July 2nd!

We are doing a little competition at the gym over the next month! Bench competition, air squats, and stair climber challenge.

It should be fun and we'd like to do more of these.
The more participation, the better it will be!
