I’m looking for rental properties that can accommodate my food-trailer. I’m looking for store-frontage, around 1,000 square feet (mainly for an office, dry-storage, & refrigeration). Roughly $1,000/mo. +/- a couple hundred. Preferably close to Cranberry but open to suggestions from areas nearby. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I got Lyme Disease and will not be attending any events this weekend. I cancelled the event yesterday in Monaca and the Town Square Market in Cranberry for today. I also had an event in Cranberry Twp for tomorrow that will be missed as well. My P*P has me on Doxycycline, a super strong antibiotic, which has been less than fun. Huge shoutout to our followers and guests - we appreciate you all a ton!

I’m taking pre-orders for Hot & Ready-to-Pull-Smoked Pulled Pork Shoulders for the 4th. Message Zach’s Scratch-Made Kitchen here on Facebook to order a Whole Smoked Pork Shoulder. Orders must be in by Tuesday, July 1st. Price is $60 (plus tax) per whole smoked shoulder. One shoulder feeds about 20 people with a 6oz portion.

Whole Pork Shoulders/ aka Pork Butts typically weigh about 10lbs. each, the ones we buy. Roughly 20-25% of the raw weight is lost in the smoking process.

We won’t be pulling our pork shoulders prior to pick-ups because we find that they maintain their freshness & color 100 times better if they’re pulled right before serving. This eliminates our pork drying out. It’s a quality thing.
