Female blooms are present and plenty of male pollen to go around. Still way early to tell what the crop looks like, but at least we know there will be a few!

You can use pecan oil just like any other cooking oils! It can be stored on the counter or in the refrigerator. It has a sweeter taste and always remember a little bit goes a long way!

Just about that time of year. The recent heat has caused some of our trees to mature a little bit early.

Tonight's freeze may not be good on our trees that have already started budding out.
