Had a customer bring this slide in they had had someone attempt to install the TFO sights. If you can see they had the slide in wonky or something and it’s broke the rail at the back of the slide. So it was my recommendation to replace the slide obviously for the damage and where it was located on the slide. Got the sights installed on the new slide with the MGW sight press. Back in action. So the lesson if you have the right tools but they are used improperly results may vary on the process.

Jail brake modding an older Smith and Wesson MP-15 22lr that was pre mlok hand guard. Made a stainless barrel nut adapter to convert to a standard AR15 upper receiver thread so we can use a standard ar15 hand guard and dump the short quad rail.
