We teach about the energy structures that are based in Jung's work at FSS. Thought I would share this statement.

A psychoanalyst published this comment.
"I’ve always appreciated Jung’s depth in understanding the unconscious and the symbolic nature of human experience.
My own work — after more than twenty years in psychosomatics and physiotherapy — moves in a similar direction, but focuses on a different field of symbols.
Jung explored archetypes in the psyche and interpreted the symbols of dreams.
I look for typical patterns in the body — recurring reactions, postures, or symptoms — and interpret them as symbols of past experiences that the body still holds on to.
But instead of analysing them, I focus on how awareness itself can release these embodied symbols, turning them back into movement, breath, and presence.
From this perspective, illness or pain is not a message to decode, but a mechanical habit of consciousness, left behind after a deeper inner change has already taken place.
When seen this way, the body simply finishes what the psyche has already begun."
