Employee Spot Light: who makes BCI special - Eddie

This guy doesn't need much introduction because he's so well known around the community. He works hard and knows how to have a good time. Eddie is a fun loving jokster with a heart of gold. He often has nicknames for staff and coworkers including hot dog and potato chip 😀

Employee Spot Light: Who makes BCI special - Cole
Our youngest BCI employee who absolutely LOVES Trucks, Trains, Mickey Mouse and 101 Dalmatians. He may only come to work one day a week, but its a guaranteed fun-filled day. Cole works hard and loves to help on extra tasks. You can count on him sneaking up on everyone for a scare. We appreciate you bringing the joy to us every week, thank you Cole!

She is an amazing friend to her coworkers; so much so they argue over who will sit by her most days on breaks.
She is the first to include someone and wants to always make sure everyone is doing well.
We appreciate her sweetness and her heart of gold.

It says a lot about a leader when they make time for people, even in the middle of a busy community event. At the Adrian Optimist Parade, Northern Commissioner John Gray saw our employees, stopped to say hello, and took time to visit with us. He has always been one of our biggest advocates, a favorite visitor with our employees, and moments like this remind us how much he genuinely cares about the people he represents. Thank you for your continued support!

To know her is to feel the excitement and joy to her core every single day. She will sing and dance her heart out, cheer the loudest, teach you anything, never allow a dull moment. If you tour BCI she will likely hire you. She is a woman of many dream jobs, as she often will let you know she is starting a new career soon. She has never met a stranger and loves to be the center of any room.
