Yesterday was a busy day for us!

John worked on three sets of stairs and a retaining wall.

While Mallory worked on getting more things together paperwork wise for other contracts.

Meet Mallory and John Lutz…full owners of Lutz General Contracting LLC.

John has been working in the contracting, construction, HVAC, and home repairs/remodeling industry for over 10 years.

He is certified in HVAC, NECEPT, OSHA standards along with many other certifications pertaining to this type of business.

Mallory grew up small business as her grandparents owned their own land surveying company up until her pap passed away in 2021. She is also a small business owner of Mals Cleaning.

Mallory graduated in July of 2025 from Everglades University with her bachelor’s degree in land surveying management for construction. She has a lot of experience and knowledge with managing projects and small business.

She is also a life inductee to the National Society of Leadership and Success, as well as being MSHA certified and ISN certified along with gas and oil well pads trained. She also serves on a few boards within Butler county such as sergeant at arms for the American Legion post #778. Sergeant at arms for the Marine Corps League board, LHOT (local housing options team of butler), along with a few others.

Mallory and John are both dedicated to upholding nothing but the best quality of work for any project.
