Mick outdid herself once again...today she brought us a Peanut Butter Cake!
It all begins with layers of chocolate cake, peanut butter~ butter cream filling and frosting, topped with a dark chocolate ganache pour-over and Reece's bits and peanut butter~ butter cream swirls. Chopped peanuts finish it off with a little coating on the sides of the base.

Oh my goodness, I believe a lot of people had their sweet tooth’s satisfied yesterday!
Mick came in last night and replenished the sugar cookies, and also made another whole cake as we sold out yesterday!

So, we have some exciting news!!!

Introducing the newest member of the Uptown Café team – Mikaila Coté. You might know her as Mick, the baker, buttercream artist and creative force behind Mick & Goldie’s Bakery and most recently Saturday Donuts, where she satisfied many a sweet tooth over the years. Now
she’ll be practicing her craft at The Uptown, baking up some old favorites, some exciting new
cake flavors and, of course, those irresistible frosted sugar cookies! She’s got a passion for making cakes and cookies that are as beautiful as they are delicious and can’t wait to make your next special occasion (or afternoon treat) extra sweet!
Tomorrow she will be debuting her first cake of the week, and also some of her famous sugar cookies! She will also be adding some GF treats to her lineup, so we got you all covered!!! Stay tuned!
