You can also join & for an Uptown Clean-Up on Earth Day: Wednesday, April 22nd 5:30pm. Meet on the corner of Broadway and Main.

You can also join District 9 for a clean up day on Saturday, May 2nd from 7am-5pm.

Calling all neighbors that want to show their art!

Today was a reminder that helping our neighbors is about so much more than snow removal. ❄️❤️
It’s about keeping an eye out for one another and being there when someone might need support.

We checked in on a neighbor to see if they still needed help, and after a few minutes of talking, they shared that they were not okay and asked us to call non-emergency services on their behalf. This individual lives alone — without a quick check-in, they may not have gotten help when they needed it most.

Let’s continue to look out for each other. A simple call or knock can make all the difference. 💛

Time to take care of each other! Sidewalks connect us to one another and to the places we need to be. Please do your part to keep your sidewalk shoveled this winter. If you can, please look around your neighborhood to see if you have an elderly of disabled neighbor that could use a hand. Thank you!
