Back in September, the Butte Food Co-Op participated in a project by the Texas Rural Cooperative Center (TRCC) at Up & Coming 2024. TRCC interviewed several start ups across the country to share their mission, why a food co-op is important for their community, the expected impacts a food co-op will have on their community, and words of wisdom and encouragement for other start-up food co-ops.
