It’s been some time since we last posted, but we’ve still been plugging away! Here are a few pictures of a fun revamp project we did a few weeks ago. For this job, we installed two new underground sprinkling zones in the front yard and reconstructed the valve manifold, this time re-locating it underground for both protection and appearance. Enjoy!

Here are a few during and after pictures of a small dripline/landscape project we worked on alongside Trevor Langerak of Elite Maintenance. Couldn’t have chosen a better time to have a smart watering system put in place for the new plants with the high temperatures we’ve had recently!

Today’s post is a little different than our usual posts. Below are some during and after pictures of our most recent job. Working with existing landscape doesn’t make for the greatest pictures when showcasing a dripline installation, so we thought we’d take this opportunity to demonstrate some of our work that can go unnoticed, that being our cleanup following each and every project. While cleanup is mandatory, we like to put 110% into making sure that all areas we work on are neatly put back together and looking as good, if not better than they did before, as it reflects our work ethic and service quality that we provide here at Three Oaks Landscape.

Highlands at Cumberland Ridge is a condo association that we have been installing underground sprinkling for since 2021, at a rate of about 6-8 condos per year. This system is a bit different than our typical installs. Instead of having each condo have its own system, this entire complex is one large system, with each condo being one zone. This makes maintenance much simpler, as there is only one water source, one controller, and significantly less valves. Here are a few sample photos from our recent addition!
