NEW YEAR CHALLENGE GROUP- it’s extreme! Comitt only if you are ready to make BIG changes!
Enjoy the next couple of days, then let’s get after it. 2026 is YOUR year. Making your health and wellness a priority is something you will never regret. This will be an 8 week accountability group. It is based on clean eating, high protein, high fiber and weight training. The first month I will strongly encourage you to be alcohol free with incentives for those who follow that rule. I will create a private page that you will log daily on. Must measure and have body fat done before challenge begins! Prize for the winner along with fun challenges along the way. You DO NOT have to attend classes to participate. PM me to sign up or with questions!
Challenge begins on Monday, January 5 and goes until Friday, February 27.

If you have not done one of these before, you can expect to:
Lose inches
Lose body fat

There are 3 options with this challenge.

1. Basic - have access to group, measure and body fat testing and access to me for weekly checkins

2. Basic + everything the basic package offers plus advanced body composition testing and tracking- only 5 spots available at this so claim fast.

3. Personal training package. Everything that is included in the basic and basic plus, but you will get 1 personal training session with me each week at my house, and a workout plan designed just for you to complete 3-4 additional days each week. I only have room for 5 people on option 3, so claim your spot fast.

SUMMER CUT CHALLENGE! Begins Monday, April 21! Are you sick of yo yoing? Do you want to feel better inside and out? Do you want to learn how to take on the weekends and not undo all of the good you did throughout the week? Do you want your children to look at you and think, dang mom is living right! THIS IS FOR YOU! No need to attend my classes, that’s just a bonus:).

I’ll be measuring Monday and Tuesday . Still plenty of time to jump in! What are you waiting for?!?

THE MURPH- You all voted and it is on! Monday, May 27- 7am at The Courthouse. Please let me know who to count on. Invite a friend! Cost is $10 to participate.

The Modified version that we complete looks like this:
Run 1 mile
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
100 modified pull-ups
Run 1 mile
This is for your best time. You can break the reps up however you would like to. We can also modify this to make it work for you. We will be using our EQ bars this year for pull-ups.

WHY WE DO THIS

THE BACKGROUND:
Michael Patrick "Murph" Murphy (May 7, 1976 – June 28, 2005) was a United States Navy SEAL officer who was awarded the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the War in Afghanistan. He was the first member of the U.S. Navy to receive the award since the Vietnam War.[1] His other posthumous awards include the Silver Star Medal (which was later upgraded to the Medal of Honor) and the Purple Heart.
Michael Murphy was born and raised in Suffolk County, New York. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with honors and dual degrees in political science and psychology. After college he accepted a commission in the United States Navy and became a United States Navy SEAL in July 2002. After participating in several War on Terrorism missions, he was killed on June 28, 2005, after his team was compromised and surrounded by Taliban forces near Asadabad, Afghanistan. (Wikipedia)

Summer Slim Down Challenge starting Monday, April 22. This will be a 6 week accountability group. We are focusing on establishing a few key habits that will stick for a lifetime. Some of the key components to this challenge are:

1. Establishing a morning routine (YOU will love this!)
2. Getting the right amount of protein in daily
3. Sleep!
4. 10,000 + steps
5. Exercise. Specifically lifting weights
6. Hydration

Send me a message if you want to be included and for more details! Measurements take place next week! You do not need to attend my classes to jump in on this challenge. All you need is an attitude of determination and a mindset of change.
