100 workouts.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't starting.
It's deciding that you're worth making time for again.
When Brenda joined GROW just over a year ago, she had spent years putting fitness on the back burner while running a busy campground.
Like so many people, life got busy.
Work came first.
Other responsibilities came first.
Her own health had to wait.
But a year later, she's celebrating 100 workouts.
Along the way she's rebuilt a consistent strength training routine in both Michigan and Florida, become more confident with the barbell, improved her nutrition habits, and recently joined Peach City to continue challenging herself.
When I asked what she's been most proud of, she said:
"The biggest improvement so far has been seeing better progression tracking the weight."
That's what happens when you keep showing up.
Strength builds.
Confidence grows.
And you begin proving to yourself that it's never too late to make your health a priority.
Congratulations on 100 sessions, Brenda! We're excited to see where the next 100 take you.

500 workouts. Countless reasons to quit.
When Bill joined GROW over two years ago, he simply wanted to improve his health.
Since then he's:
• Completed 500 workouts.
• Lost over 25 pounds.
• Reduced his waist by 9 inches.
• Lowered his resting heart rate.
• Reduced medications.
• Continued showing up through injuries and health challenges.
When I asked Bill what he's most proud of, he didn't mention the weight loss or the milestone.
He said,
"I'm proud of my progress, even through setbacks. But most meaningful are the connections I have made at the gym."
That says everything.
Fitness isn't about never facing obstacles.
It's about continuing to show up anyway.
Congratulations on 500 workouts, Bill. Thank you for showing everyone what perseverance looks like.

A lot of adults avoid gyms because they assume they need to “get in shape first.”
But that’s backwards.
The gym is the place you learn.
The place you build confidence.
The place you get stronger.
You’re allowed to start before you feel ready.
If you’ve been thinking about it, start with a free No Sweat Intro.
