Here’s some before, during, and after photos of a crawlspace that is in the process of encapsulation.

Encapsulation or a “sealed” crawlspace is a more energy efficient alternative to the traditional wall vented crawl space, adding a thermal barrier and reducing strain on heating and cooling systems in your home. 🏡

We are spraying virucide, sanitizer, and disinfectant in this crawlspace and once dry, we apply a chemical that will treat and prevent termites and other wood destroying organisms from damaging the floor system. 🦟🦠

A recent melon shed job 🍉
We insulate a lot of agricultural buildings, sheds, warehouses, and shops to keep them cooler during the warmer months.

Spray foam can be left exposed if coated in thermal barrier like this one!
This type of insulation also creates an airtight seal to reduce and absorb sound! 🧽
