As of April 1st, all non members will have to sign the Guest List in the office. This is NOT optional; it doesn't matter if you are lifting or just here to take a video. No exceptions.

The list will include Date, Time, Referring Member and Contact information; All sections are mandatory. There will be no leniency; it is my leniency that has led us to this.

The Day Pass fee will increase to $10, and a week pass will now be $30. I am conflicted about making these changes; but it is for the betterment of the gym and the community. It will also help me to keep up with our visitor numbers.

Members,  I fully expect you to help manage this. When we have a visitor who doesn't pay, doesn't take care of our equipment, it is not only disrespectful to me, it is disrespectful to you as well.

Without you, this equipment would not be here; this gym would not be here, and our community would not exist. So please do your part in ensuring we can continue to grow well beyond our current location.
