New steers just hit the pasture AND another one hit the rail! Because y’all keep cleaning us out of Whiskey Pig beef, we supplemented our own herd with 4 more from Bricky Creek Farms in Bee Branch. They joined the 3 already here and are getting the full treatment.
Every Bricky Creek steer spends at least a year on our ranch + the last 180 days in our rigorous grain finish. Monday’s drop at 5R custom meats proves it: 1350 lbs on the hoof, 868 lbs dressed.
We raise our own, partner with the best, and process exclusively with 5R so we can keep your freezers full of quality beef.
