Unsalted butter, cranberries, fresh orange peel, cardamon, nutmeg and star anise- this is my most packed butter yet! Normally reserved for holidays, this butter is too good to keep until then. THE BUTTER BAR's Spiced Cranberry will be available for purchase very soon! Thanks for your patience!

My darling SFAM suggested that with all this talk about butter in coffee, I create a hazelnut butter, since that is her favorite java flavor (my husband favors this flavor as well ;) ). But if you know me, you know I can't do any old plain hazelnut butter! So THE BUTTER BAR wishes to introduce you to CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT BUTTER. Ingredients will include skinned hazelnuts, melted chocolate squares, powdered sugar, vanilla paste and a dash of Himalayan Sea Salt.
