I have been karting more lately trying to prepare for San Diego. Karting is so physical and hard on your body that most would agree it’s the best way to get into racing shape. Years ago I made this helmet and would go to the kart track and ride as long as I could stand. It has 5lbs of weight on and was the ultimate workout.
