April is Autism Awareness Month 💙

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) affects how individuals communicate, interact, and experience the world around them. While autism brings unique strengths and perspectives, it also comes with different ways of thinking, learning, and interacting that may impact daily life.

At Cairo Physical Therapy we believe in meeting each child where they are while helping them grow in areas like movement, coordination, communication, and daily living and play skills. Through physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, we work together to help children build the skills they need for everyday function, independence, and confidence. Early intervention and consistent, collaborative care can make a meaningful difference not only just in physical development, but in everyday life.
This month, we raise awareness, support families, and recognize both the strengths and the challenges experienced by individuals on the autism spectrum. 💙
