If you didn’t see my accounts have been hacked. They did a pretty impressive job locking me out of parts of my socials, so if things get weird like me helping my “dear uncle”, or disappear completely I’ll do what I have to do. I’ll just start over (but let’s hope not)!

I’m staying positive, keeping my fingers crossed, and posting while I still can.

YES, condos sell!

You’ve probably heard that condos and townhomes can be more challenging to sell these days and that’s true. Between insurance concerns, balcony inspections and repairs, reserve requirements, and stricter lending guidelines, there are definitely more hurdles than there used to be.

But challenging doesn’t mean impossible.

For those buyers out there struggling, having the right lender, and the right team makes all the difference. I’m fortunate to work with an incredible lender who knows how to navigate these situations and find solutions when others see roadblocks.
