[PRESS RELEASE] JTS, a Mission Critical Group Company, has announced the sale of its refrigeration segment to EKS Thermal Systems.

The transaction will close effective December 31, aligning with JTS’s strategic decision to dedicate all manufacturing capacity and resources to its core electrical systems portfolio.

EKS Thermal Systems, under the leadership of Jason Rupp, former VP of Thermal at JTS, will take over the refrigeration product line, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
