Can a citizen arrest another in Idaho?

Yes. A citizen can arrest so long as they see the crime committed in there presence, notify the person of arrest, and take them to a police officer or before a judge. Be careful, if you are wrong you don't have immunity like police officers, if you use too much force, don't have probable cause, or make a false arrest and detain them longer than is necessary you could be paying the rest of your life for it.
