On this job, we extended a 6x12 deck to a 9x16 with handrails and added a metal roof. Just the top deck boards had some rot to them so we were able to save the customer some money and use the existing framework that had no rot issues whatsoever! We were also able to get on the roof and trim a few branches back so they weren’t touching the roof of the house!

On this job, we removed all spindles on interior and exterior handrails. The interior handrails we replaced the spindles with horizontal style conduit style handrails. On the exterior, we replaced the spindles with hog wire style panels to give a more visual appearance of the nature this house provides. We also replaced the rear deck boards and re-built some of the structure underneath where needed. This home had a interior door on the exterior of the house, so we replaced that with an exterior door as well. We tore down old fencing and installed new to make the yard bigger for the dogs to have a little more room matching the exterior railings and new gate!

On this job, we replaced the rubber mats in this gym. These mats are heavy duty and very durable for gym equipment and all of those dropped weights!
