Crack of Dawn
one of my Black Belts from about 28 years ago came in this morning with his sons for some fun. His oldest is 17 now. While sparing he hit me decently hard directly in the face! ( I have a mask.) He immediately said that he was sorry. I stopped immediately to tell him that I had been hit harder by decently sized females so I was fine. He then hit me again!!
Of course I returned the favor. LOL
"I'm not as good as I once was, but sometimes, I'm good as I ever was!"
