The single-family market has stayed surprisingly steady over the past year. The number of homes sold dipped slightly, by less than 1%, but not enough to signal any major shift. Homes are taking about two days longer, on average, to find a buyer, which is a small change and still reflects a fairly active market. What really stands out are the sale prices. The median sale price climbed almost 6%, showing that buyers are still willing to pay more for the right home.
