Driving in weather like this you definatley want to take an emergency kit with you such as a couple sets of warm clothes, blanket, if at all possible, jumper Cable s, portable phone charger and gloves and hat, and shovel in case it snows. Getting stuck out in this cold and being with out some of these items in a time of need is scarier than being stuck in a Mike Myers movie with out a gun. it's just plain risky!
