We’re celebrating Pride Month Formaggio Kitchen merch! All the proceeds from the sale of these t-shirts will be donated to BAGLY (The Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth). They are a “local, youth-led, adult-supported social support organization that is committed to social justice and creating, sustaining, and advocating for programs, policies, and services for the LGBTQ+ youth community in Massachusetts.” The shirts are available at all three Boston locations, in sizes XS-XL for $40.
Cheesemonger and Cave Manager Andrew has spent the day putting away hundreds of pounds of cheese from our file delivery today, but one of the ones he was most excited to see come in is the Pardou Tourmalet from affineur Sophie Pardou. Sophie and her family age cheeses in an abandoned train tunnel in Laruns, France. Their cheeses have been a staple on our counter for years and are staff and customer favorites for good reason—they’re always full of flavor. Stop in for a taste of this little Basque sheep’s milk cheese!
