Montessori IS Mindfulness. Last month at one of our daycare centers in Boston we learned an art of noticing. The children. Ourselves. The triggers and the joys. This is where healing happens ♥️ Mindfulness workshop was a part of our Open Door Montessori retreat. Aedeen, a certified Mindfulness coach and a Montessori educator of many years, presented benefits of mindfulness for childcare providers and parents. We will have these workshops and other practices to support the work of daycare teachers and parents in our Wellness Studio. Keep your eyes peeled for the announcements to go out SOON 🎉🎉🎉
